SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: While contacting to schedule an appointment, screening is mandatory.

 

For screening I can take:

 

• Drivers license

• Proof of employment (LinkedIn or business card) with selfie 

• Verified private delights reviews (last 6 months)

• References: If you have a provider that you want to use as a reference and you've seen him/her in the last 6 months please provide that also! Provide me the link to the providers ad, email or cellphone number, and providers name.
